New
[V-GEN]
- Generate reference images with AI 🎨
- You can now use your credits to generate reference images directly in V-GEN — pick from a range of generative models and create exactly the image you have in mind, ready to drop into your video.
- When building a storyboard, each cut can generate its own tailored image, so you no longer have to wrestle with how to write the perfect prompt every time.
- Save reference clips to your library and reuse them anytime 📚
- Upload the reference clips you use often to your library, and skip the hassle of re-uploading them every time you start a new video.
- Saved clips can be downloaded, deleted, or applied to a cut with a single click.
- AI-generated images are gathered in the same library, so you can browse everything in one place.
Improved
[V-GEN]
- Storyboard generation is now more natural and context-aware ✨
- Narration and subtitles now better capture the context of the text or documents you provide at the start.
- The result is a storyboard that feels more natural and stays closer to your source material.
- Reference-only scenes are now available in every template 🎬
- Scenes built entirely from reference clips — previously available only in landscape templates — are now included in vertical templates as well.
- No matter the aspect ratio, you can use reference-only scenes to match a wider range of needs.

New
[V-GEN]
- 6 new templates have been added 🎉
- With 6 fresh templates featuring vibrant, eye-catching designs, you can now create a wider variety of videos that match exactly what you have in mind.
Improved
[V-GEN]
- Build scenes from reference clips alone 🎬
- A new scene type that uses only reference clips — without narration or subtitles — is now available in select templates.
- You can build scenes and cuts directly from your existing video footage, opening up a wider range of creative directions.
- See where scene elements appear at a glance 🔍
- In the video editing screen, you can now see exactly where scene elements — avatars, subtitles, and reference clips — will be placed in the final video, right from the editing view.
- Editing your storyboard is now more intuitive, with a clearer preview of how it will translate to the final video.
- It's now clearer that subtitles are optional 🏷️
- A
(Optional) label has been added next to the subtitle field name in the video editing screen.
- Subtitles only appear in the final video when text is entered, and now you can tell at a glance — even before typing.
- Scene and cut delete buttons are easier to spot 💎
- In the video editing screen, the buttons for deleting scenes and cuts now combine an icon with the text "Delete".
- You can immediately tell what the button does without second-guessing.
- The "Exit Project" button is more visible across all steps 💻
- Across every step inside a project, the exit button now combines an icon with the text "Exit Project".
- This makes it clearly distinct from the step navigation buttons, reducing accidental misclicks.

Improved
[V-GEN]
- You can now see when files are uploading 📎
- A loading indicator now appears while files are being uploaded, so you know the upload is in progress.
- This applies to all upload areas, including documents, slide files, custom voices, logos, and reference clips.
- A default template is now pre-selected ⚡
- When you first enter the template selection screen, the first template in the list is automatically selected.
- You can move to the next step right away without having to pick a template first.
- Returning to the same template no longer regenerates the storyboard 🔄
- If you browse other templates and come back to the one you originally chose, your storyboard won't be unnecessarily regenerated.
- Any edits you've already made are preserved as well.
- Press
Enter to confirm modals instantly ⌨️
- In confirmation and settings modals, pressing
Enter (or Return on Mac) now triggers the primary button — no mouse needed.
- Storyboard generation now shows a clearer status screen 💎
- While a storyboard is being generated, you'll see an overlay letting you know it's in progress.
- You can leave the screen by clicking
Exit Project to return to the dashboard — generation continues in the background.
- Your selection is instantly visible when returning to a screen 🔍
- When you navigate back to the template or avatar selection screen, the list automatically scrolls to the item you previously selected.
- Filters are reset so your selected item always appears in the list — no more hunting for it.
